Do you have a minimum for placing an order?

Yes, screen printing minimums are 20 qty and embroidery is 6 qty.

How does the ordering process work?

1.) Share project details and expectations.  

2.) A quote and mockup is generated. 

3.) Submit payment. 

4.) Production time!

How much does it cost?

There are multiple variables that determine the cost of an order. Pricing will vary depending on:

  • Brand/ style of garment
  • Quantity ordered
  • Print locations
  • Colors per location
  • Custom color request
  • Artwork preparation

What artwork files do I need?

Vector files are preferred: .svg, .ai, .eps, .pdf. You can also submit: .jpeg, .png, .tiff, .psd. Please ensure artwork is sized to desired print size and at least 300 dpi.

Can I supply my own garments?

Long story short, No. We have access to many distributors that offer hundreds of options for you to choose from. Visit our catalog page to browse selections.

How long will an order take?

Generally, it can take 10- 15 business days to fulfill an order. Not to include shipping time. This timeframe is contingent on current workload. If time is a concern please inquire within before placing your order.

How/ when do I pay?

You will receive a payment link with your quote. If the quote meets your approval then a payment must be made in full to proceed with the order.

Can I get a sample printed?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required. Orders exceeding 150 units (per design), and placed within 30 calendar days from receiving the sample, will have the deposit credited towards order.
